Gluten Free Sourdough Bread
Freshly-baked in small batches in Wahnapitae
Handmade gluten-free sourdough bread, made in small batches in a licensed commercial kitchen in my home in Wahnapitae. Each loaf is naturally leavened with a sourdough starter and freshly baked, with simple ingredients and no refined sugar.
The bread is made with care to avoid gluten-containing ingredients (not certified gluten-free).
